Pool party overview:
If you are going to have a gathering of more than 10 people, a party reservation is required regardless of whether you are bringing pool members or guests.
- We have two sizes for pool parties – 30 people and 50 people. 50 people parties are only available weekdays and Sunday mornings from 11:00am – 3:00pm.
- The total number of attendees for a party is for anybody within the pool gate, this includes swimmers and non-swimmers.
- Payment is done via PayPal. Please book at least 7 days in advance. Parties are not available on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, or Labor Day.
- Available time slots: 11:00am – 3:00pm and 3:30pm – 7:30pm.
- Parties are booked in 4 hour time slots. You may start your party anytime during your reserved time. But the party needs to be cleaned up by 3:00/7:30.
Booking a pool party:
- To book a pool party, you’ll need to login to the PWIA website with your email and password.
- Once you’re logged in, the booking calendar will appear.
- In the drop down labeled service, select the party size you are looking for.
- From there you can select a specific day or browse availability after your date of choice or day of week. click on each day to see what party slots are available. If no party slots show for the day you are looking it, it means that the day is already booked for parties, and you’ll need to pick another day.
- Once you’ve found your date, select your time and click next.
- Now you are ready to check out. You will need a PayPal account to pay and checkout.
- Once you are finished, you’ll get a confirmation email with your party number and details.
- There are a few reasons why your preferred date might not show as available:
- 50 person parties are not available on Saturdays, so you will not find any of those parties are available.
- Parties have to be booked 7 days in advance, so if you are looking for a party date prior to 7 days, no dates will be available. Please email lifeguardadmin@pwia.net to see if anything is available.
- All kids under 18 are still required to exit the water during adult swim.
- Remember, no guests at the pool without lifeguards.

- Trash can (you don’t have to take your trash home)
- Reserved tables under the shade
- Refrigerator/Freezer spaceTubs for drinks
- You may bring pool games, toys, prizes, etc.

- After the 4 hours of the party, all non-members guests must leave. Pool members may stay until the facility closes.
- All non-member guests must read and sign a PWIA use waiver which can be found online and the link can be shared with your guests.

- No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool.
- No alcohol is allowed.
- No food is allowed in the pool.
- Decorations are ok but please no confetti, water balloons or any other small decor objects that could make their way into the pool and clog the filters.
Changing or canceling a party:
- Cancellations must be made 5 days in advance for a full refund. A cancellation fee of $30 will be deducted from your refund if canceled within 5 days.
- An attendee list must be provided the day of. All non-member guests must read and sign a PWIA use waiver which will be available at the front desk. Guest waiver can be found here.
